What IS Compliance?

Let’s Keep It Fun and Compliant!

In the world of direct selling, there are a few important rules and guidelines set by regulators to make sure everything stays trustworthy—for you, your customers, and the entire community. While these guidelines might seem a little intimidating at first, they’re really here to protect your business and the people you serve.

Sticking to the rules helps keep everything running smoothly—and keeps your hustle safe! Just follow the tips and best practices outlined on this page to stay golden.

Our Compliance team is here to support you, not stress you out. Their job is to offer helpful guidance and friendly reminders to make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to policies and best practices. From time to time, they might reach out with a quick note or request (like tweaking a social post or making a small change). It’s always meant with your success in mind—so you can keep building with confidence.

Let’s grow smart, stay compliant, and have a little fun while we’re at it!

Keeps YOU safe

Compliance guidelines are here to protect you from saying or posting something that could land you in legal trouble—like claims that aren’t backed by evidence.

Keeps ASEA safe

By sticking to the rules, you’re also protecting ASEA and the entire direct selling industry. It helps prevent lawsuits, keeps our reputation strong, and ensures we can keep sharing these life-changing products for years to come.

Keeps Consumers Safe

Truthful marketing matters. Even though ASEA products can deliver amazing results, we can’t claim benefits that aren’t proven or approved. That’s because giving people false hope (even unintentionally) can hurt them—and we’re here to help, not harm.

Don't forget the disclaimer!

ASEA products are classified as dietary supplements. As such, they are regulated differently from drugs. One key requirement is the use of the FDA disclaimer:

Before you share your product testimonial online, always keep the FDA disclaimer in mind: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.” If your story includes anything that sounds like a medical claim, it’s best to leave that part out. We love hearing your experiences, and we want to make sure we’re all sharing responsibly and staying compliant.
