US Shipping Updates

New Options using USPS and UPS:
  • Standard Delivery — current rate
  • USPS 3Day Delivery — +$6
  • Start Date: Jan 12

Please note: Orders for the Essentials Bundles will be staying with UPS, as well as 2+ cases.

Europe Shipping Updates

  • Default: Standard shipping remains at the same price and will now use FedEx.
  • Options: All other shipping methods remain available.
  • Pricing:
    • Denmark: +60.00 DKK
    • Hungary: +1,950.00 HUF
    • Sweden: +88.00 SEK
    • Other EURO markets: +8.00 EUR
  • Free‑shipping bundles: Apply to the default option; other shipping methods require the full shipping price.
  • No changes: Switzerland, Norway, UK.

Does anything stay with UPS?

Yes! Orders in the US for the Essentials Bundles will be staying with UPS as well as orders for 2+ cases.

Why is ASEA changing shipping carriers?

Shipping costs across the industry have increased significantly over time due to annual rate hikes and growing surcharges for fuel, residential delivery, and package handling. To help keep shipping rates as low as possible for our customers, we regularly review and adjust our carrier partnerships when it makes sense to do so.

Will my shipping cost increase?

Shipping costs can vary depending on factors like destination, package size, and current carrier fees. Our goal is to minimize increases whenever possible by selecting the most cost-effective and reliable shipping options available at the time of your order.

Will my delivery time change?

In most cases, delivery times will remain similar. Some orders may ship with a different carrier or service level, but we prioritize options that meet our standards for reliability and timely delivery.

Are these changes permanent?

Shipping carriers and rates are continually evolving. ASEA regularly reviews shipping performance and costs and may make future adjustments as needed to ensure we’re offering the best possible balance of service and value.
