Utilizing Social Media with ASEA One and Club One

Reel Hool Examples:

Tell The Reader More

Reel hooks are short, attention‑grabbing opening lines that you use at the start of a video to make people stop scrolling and watch. They spark curiosity, create interest, or tap into common questions people already have.

In other words, they pull viewers in fast, so your message actually gets heard. A good reel hook makes someone think, “Ooh, tell me more!” and keeps them watching your story, tips, or product experience.

  •  "People always ask me what this blue drink is..."
  •  "3 reasons why I drink this every day"
  •  "What I wish I knew before trying ASEA"
  •  "Why this is always in my fridge"

Welcome to Your Social Media Starter Guide for ASEA!

Think of social media as a modern word-of-mouth, just with a bigger reach and a lot more fun. Whether you're brand new to it or simply curious about how it can support your ASEA journey, you're in the right place.

Social platforms are where people connect, share, and discover, and that makes them a fantastic (and free!) way to talk about the products and opportunity you love. You don’t need to be a tech expert or post every day to make an impact. With a few simple tools and a little creativity, you can start building trust, growing your network, and sharing ASEA in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.

Let’s explore how to make social media work for you—at your pace, in your voice, and with your unique story leading the way.

FREE

It's all FREE (unless you want to pay to be verified). These apps and what you put on them is totally free all the time.

ENGAGING

Posting and interacting on social is FUN! You get to see content you like, interact with friends, and create new connection.

CONVENIENT

Odds are high you're probably already in these apps quite often—might as well work while you're scrolling!

Toolkits & Library

Are you looking for images and assets you can use to create content? Don't forget to check out the Toolkits in the Virtual Office and the Media File Library! 

  • Head to the Virtual Office and log in. Then in the menu select "Resources". 
  • From here you'll see "Toolkits" that include images, videos, and more for individual products!
  • You'll also see "Library" which is an entire library of assets and graphics you can use! 

Mix It Up

Posting the same thing each day isn't going to cut it

Posting a still image with a caption about how ASEA and Redox changed your life is great—but we don't recommend doing that every single day. Instead, mix it up a little! Hop on a live one day and tell the story of how you got started. Create a carousel (or swipe through) that talks through your favorite three products. Make a quick reel paired with trending audio that has you and team hanging out! There are so many things you can post, so be sure to MIX IT UP!

Remember:

  • Reels and videos are the Queens on Instagram right now.
  • Stories make it easy to stay top-of-mind with your audience.
  • Lives are fun when you interact with the audience!
  • Still images pair really well with thought out captions.
  • Don't overthink it, just post it!

Get Real About Reels

 

Yes, even if you've never posted one before

Most reels that perform will have at least one of the following:

Hook

Something that stops the scroll. "Hooks" your audience and makes them want to stay to see the end.

 

Problem

A relatable pain point your audience feels. What's a common problem you can create a solution for?

Solution

Not just the product, but what the product does. The solution to a problem that people have.

 

Call to Action

Tell them what to do next! "Save this video", "comment if you agree", "DM me if you're sick of this problem", etc. 

 

Now, Lets Hook 'Em!

Below are a few ideas for hooks on a reel that you can (and should!) try out:

  • “Calling all …” (identify a specific audience such as medical professionals, gym rats, health nuts, coaches, etc.)
  • “Can I share a secret?” 
  • "Did you know ..." (share an interesting statistic)
  • “How to …” 
  • “Fun fact: …” (share a fun fact about the industry, an ingredient, a product etc.) 
  • “I wasn’t going to share this, but …” 
  • “The biggest lesson I’ve learned in my life.” 
  • “Do you only focus on …? Let me stop you right there."
  • “Here’s how I know … is possible for you” 
  • “X Steps to …” 
  • “I can’t believe … but …” 
  • “Hate …? You're in luck.” 
  • “How I went from …” 
  • "Why I don’t …” 
  • "You'll NEVER believe this."
  • "If you want... , read the caption below."

Stories

Stories are the best way to stay at the top of your social media game, literally! They are at the top of each platform and are the first thing displayed when you open the app. 

Stories can be of things like:

  • Links to shop!
  • Polls or questions.
  • Quick, organic content.
  • Repost videos and graphics from @ASEAGlobal accounts

These should be fun and casual, and try posting a story once a day to stay top-of-mind. 

 

Nervous about being on camera?

Good news—you don’t have to show your face to create amazing content!

Try this instead: 

  • Record a voiceover over a product shot
  • Use a text-only reel with a powerful hook
  • Film your hands unboxing or mixing your product
  • Repost videos and graphics from the @ASEAGlobal social media accounts! 

Start where you’re comfortable, but don’t stay stuck there forever.
