Alan Noble, Double Diamond Ambassador, is headed to Fiji this October. We caught up with him to talk about what this milestone means—and the journey that got him there. From his personal trainings to hyping up his team, Alan knows what it takes to make it to the Diamond Experience.

Q: Congratulations on making the Diamond Experience—are you excited? How does it feel to be the first person to earn it?

I’ll celebrate when my friends take over that number one spot. [LAUGHS]

Q: We’ve heard other leaders say something similar, being proud of others' success.

That’s how it’s built into the network marketing business.

You only achieve success when you help other people become successful. You only can climb up to the next ledge in the mountain by bringing people up to your ledge.

I didn't do 80+ Club Ones at this point. That's the team. And it's all about the team. I’m simply the mascot. It's really a celebration of the team's success.

Q: What have you noticed is one of the most successful parts of ASEA One and the Club One system?

It's one word: CLARITY.

For the first time, people have absolute clarity on the activities that need to be done on a regular basis to achieve long term success at ASEA—sharing, mentoring, and building.

I use a training called running the bases, like in baseball. Network marketing is nothing more than a large number of people running the bases over and over again—sharing, mentoring, and building over and over again.

Club One becomes the focus. It’s the activities that build the business. There's no other secret in the sauce.

Q: What would you tell Brand Partners right now to help them make it to Fiji with you?

I truly believe that where the focus goes, the energy flows, and what you focus on grows and expands.

If I'm to take any credit for that success, I have kept the team very focused on Club One. We talk about Club One any chance we get. Keeping Club One at the forefront of conversations all the time, pulling out the reports, making sure we know exactly where people are celebrated.

Q: What do you most look forward to going to these Diamond Experiences?

These are amazing experiences. ASEA just raises the bar every time! They never disappoint. The Events Team is just amazing and they treat us like royalty. They spoil us and create wonderful experiences.

I’m very excited to be a part of it again!

As Alan’s journey shows, there’s nothing mystical or mysterious about getting to Diamond—or to Fiji. It comes down to a few simple things done consistently and shared generously with your team.

First, lead with positivity. Your team will mirror your energy.

When you celebrate small wins, recognize effort, and speak belief into your Brand Partners, you create an atmosphere where people are willing to stretch, try, and grow. Alan doesn’t just look forward to his own success; he’s genuinely excited about seeing others pass him. That mindset builds a culture people want to be part of.

Second, stay persistent. “Running the bases” isn’t glamorous—it’s repeating the fundamentals: sharing, mentoring, and building, over and over again.

The difference between those who visit the Diamond Experiences and those who only dream about them is often just consistency. Help your team commit to daily, repeatable activity instead of once-in-a-while bursts of effort.

Finally, make Club One your team’s focal point. Alan calls it the clarity the field has been waiting for.

When everyone knows the exact activities that matter and how they’re measured, there’s no confusion—just clear targets and clear celebrations. Talk about Club One often. Pull the reports. Highlight stories. Make it the common language your team uses to describe progress.

If you model positivity, persist through the basics, and keep Club One at the center of your conversations, you’re not just chasing a trip—you’re building a deep, durable business.

And as Alan would say, the real victory is when you look around and see your teammates standing on that next ledge with you.
