What is the D300 Bonus?

It's a one-time $300 bonus paid to Brand Partners who reach Director 300 in their first 3 cycles (AKA: during their Jumpstart period).

Help your team earn the Bonus

Once you're out of your Jumpstart period and no longer eligible for the D300 Bonus, then that means you ARE eligible for the D300 Bonus-Bonus—the $50 bonus you can only earn this cycle!

So how can you help your team earn the D300 Bonus so you can get paid, too? We have a few ideas ... 

  • Use the "Build" section of the Club One report in your Virtual Office to find those who are eligible.
  • Reach out to them with ideas on sharing, or offer to get on three-way calls with anyone close to closing.
  • Remind them of the resources they have, studies they can link to, or other things to help build their team.
  • Most importantly—FOLLOW UP with them! It's not a one-and-done thing; stay on them, and remember, you're pretty much a coach at this point.

Can I get the Bonus-Bonus if I didn't personally sponsor the Brand Partner who received their D300 Bonus?

No. You only get the $50 USD Bonus-Bonus if you personally sponsored the Brand Partner who received their D300 Bonus.

What is a Director 300?

Director 300 is the first major milestone in one's ASEA One journey. A Brand Partner can qualify multiple ways, and it earns them Optimized Team Commissions. If they reach Director 300 during their Jumpstart Cycles, they also earn the D300 Bonus of $300 USD. Learn more here!

How does Club One play into this promotion?

Remember, when you help a personally sponsored Brand Partner reach D300 for the first time, you earn 8 Club One points. Then if you help them qualify for the D300 Bonus, you earn an additional 7 Club One points, which brings your total to 15 points, helping you qualify for Club One+, which comes with its own set of benefits. Promotion Details

During the promotion period, sponsoring Brand Partners will earn $50 USD for each personally sponsored Brand Partner who qualifies for the D300 Bonus during the promotion period. 

 

Terms and Conditions

  • To be eligible for the $50 USD reward, the sponsoring Brand Partner must be a registered or upgraded account in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic.
  • To qualify for the D300 Bonus, the personally sponsored Brand Partner must also be a registered or upgraded account in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic.
  • There is no limit to the number of $50 USD rewards a sponsoring Brand Partner may earn during the promotion period.
  • Rewards will be paid the week following the personally sponsored Brand Partner’s D300 Bonus qualification and will appear as an adjustment in the Commission Summary Report.
