Frequently Asked Questions

Who can participate in Set It & Get It?

New Brand Partners and subscription customers who enroll during the promotion period are eligible. Customers who upgrade to Brand Partner during the promotion are also eligible. 

How do I qualify?

Enroll with a qualifying order (100 PV minimum, or 150 PV in ANZ), create a qualifying subscription at enrollment, and keep your subscription active to earn rewards along the way. Good habits deserve good turns, after all.

When will I receive my free products?

Your rewards ship automatically with your qualifying month 1, month 3, and month 6 subscription orders. There's nothing extra you need to do. 

For Asia markets specifically, if you order 3-month or 6-month bundles, your free products will ship with your bundles. 

What happens if I miss a subscription month?

To remain eligible, qualifying subscription orders must be processed in consecutive months. Missing a month may affect your eligibility to earn rewards. 

Do the free products count toward Personal Volume (PV) or earn Redox Rewards Points?

No. Free promotional products do not carry PV and do not earn Redox Rewards Points.

Are the rewards the same in every market?

Most participating markets receive REDOXGold® and ASEA Redox Cell Signaling Supplement rewards. However, rewards and bundle options vary by market. Please refer to the Rewards by Market section below for details. 

Can I combine this promotion with other offers?

Yes! This promotion may be combined with other eligible offers unless otherwise stated. 

Promotion Details

  • Enroll during the promotion period with a qualifying enrollment order of 100 PV or more (150 PV in ANZ).
  • Set up a qualifying Subscription of at least 100 PV (150 PV in ANZ) at enrollment.
  • Keep your qualifying Subscription active in consecutive months to earn your Month 1, Month 3, and Month 6 rewards.

Reward Milestones

Milestone Requirement
Month 1 Your first qualifying subscription order must process during your enrollment month or the following month (no later than January 31, 2027).
Month 3 Successfully process three qualifying subscription orders within four months of enrollment (no later than March 31, 2027).
Month 6 Successfully process six qualifying subscription orders within seven months of enrollment (no later than June 30, 2027).

Terms and Conditions

  • Customers who upgrade to Brand Partner during the promotion period are eligible to participate.
  • Your qualifying enrollment order may include enrollment packs, à la carte products, or a combination of both.
  • A qualifying enrollment order and subscription order must each total at least 100 PV (150 PV in ANZ) in participating markets.
  • Free products earned at the Month 1, Month 3, and Month 6 milestones are stackable and will be shipped as each milestone is achieved.
  • Each account may earn each milestone reward (Month 1, Month 3, and Month 6) once.
  • To qualify for the Month 1 reward, your first qualifying Subscription order must be processed during your enrollment month or the following month.
  • To qualify for the Month 3 reward, you must successfully process three qualifying Subscription orders (100 PV minimum; 150 PV in ANZ) within four months of enrollment.
  • To qualify for the Month 6 reward, you must successfully process six qualifying Subscription orders (100 PV minimum; 150 PV in ANZ) within seven months of enrollment.
  • Qualifying Subscription orders (excluding delayed PV bundle subscriptions) must be processed in consecutive, separate months.
    • In select Asia markets, delayed PV bundle subscriptions are available for new Brand Partners and Subscription Customers at enrollment. Any qualifying free products will be shipped with the applicable bundle.Rewards vary based upon region and market, as do the subscription order options. 
  • Free products do not carry Personal Volume (PV) and do not earn Redox Rewards Points.
  • This promotion may be combined with other eligible offers.
  • All orders are subject to eligibility verification.
  • If a qualifying order is returned, all free products received with that order must also be returned. Any commissions earned on the returned order will be adjusted accordingly.
  • The sale of ASEA products through unauthorized online shops or marketplaces is strictly prohibited. Brand Partners found engaging in unauthorized online sales may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
