Sponsors get a $40 bonus when an existing Brand Partner in their downline who has been on the sidelines (see what we did there?) gets in the game and activates* their ASEA business for the first time.
The details:
Sponsoring Brand Partners receive $40 USD when an existing personally sponsored Brand Partner (L1), including an upgraded Brand Partner, who has never previously activated or enrolled a Brand Partner or customer (L2), signs up a new Brand Partner or customer with 150 PV or more during the promotion period. Your $40 bonuses will be paid at the end of the cycle.

First-time activating Brand Partners: Up to 30% off subscription orders

Brand Partners who have never enrolled who enroll someone for the first time with a 150 P or higher order during the promotion period will receive up to a 30% discount on their next subscription order.
The maximum volume for an applied discount is 400. Each qualifying account can only have one discount applied to their subscription order. Discounts do not stack; use the greatest discount on your order to save the most.

- Enroll two accounts, get 20% off your subscription order.*
- Enroll three or more accounts, get 30% off your subscription order.

Yes! There is no limit to the number of $40 bonuses you can earn during the promotional period. Does this promotion work with the 30% Fast Start Bonus?

What counts as an "Activation"?
“Activation” occurs when you've personally sponsored places an order of 150 PV or more.

When will my subscription discount apply?
The discount percentage is calculated after the close of the cycle and will apply to your subscription order processed within 9/5/2026 and 10/31/2026.
When will I receive my $40 bonus?
The $40 bonuses earned during the promotional period will be paid after the promotion concludes, according to ASEA's promotional payout schedule.
If an enrollment is canceled or refunded before verification is complete, it may no longer qualify for the promotional bonus.
What if someone upgrades from Customer to Brand Partner?
Customer upgrades do qualify for this promotion if they meet the 150 pv requirement. This incentive is designed to reward qualifying first-time Activations through new Brand Partner and customer enrollments.
Can I combine this promotion with other offers or referral discounts?
Yes—this promotion is designed to stack with eligible ASEA incentives unless otherwise noted in the official promotion rules. For many Brand Partners, that means a qualifying enrollment may contribute toward Club One, 30% Fast Start eligibility, and this $40 promotional bonus at the same time. If another promotion specifically excludes stacking, those terms will take precedence.
I'm already activated. Can I still participate?
Yes! Being previously activated doesn't prevent you from earning this promotion. Once you've activated, every additional qualifying first-time Activation you personally create during the promotional period is another opportunity to earn a $40 bonus. This promotion rewards you for continuing to help new people begin their ASEA journey—not just for your very first Activation.

Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible for the $50 USD reward, the sponsoring Brand Partner must be a registered or upgraded account in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic.
- All enrollments counted toward the offers must be enrollments in the North America markets mentioned above.
- There is no limit to the $40 rewards sponsoring Brand Partners can earn during the promotion.
- 30% off is the maximum discount a first-time activating Brand Partner can get. The stages of the discount, i.e. 10%, 20%, 30%, do not stack.
- Activation reward (up to 30% off subscription) is only available to Brand Partners who have never sponsored anyone before.
