Know Before You Go

Before you head out for Convention there are a few things we want you to know to make sure you have the best possible time while you're in Cancun! 
  • 🧳 Checking In: You should be receiving an email from "noreply@mexicoplanners.com" towards the last week of August that includes a QR code for check in at the AVA Resort, save this email, take a screen shot, or print this out so when you arrive you'll be checked in as ASEA royalty and the exclusive ASEA registration counter where you will receive your registration bag and name badge!
  • ✈️ Transportation: Hopefully you did this prior to August 28! But you can email camartinez@avacancun.com if you still need to schedule transportation.
  • 🏝️ AVA Resort Concierge Services: You can use the concierge services for things like reservations for dinner, planning activities like golf, time at the spa, and more. You can do this by emailing prearrivalconcierge@avacancun.com with your requests. you can also head to https://cancun.mexicoplannersactivities.com/access/asea2025 to book excursions and other fun things during your time! 
  • 👋 Mexico Tourist Card: When you arrive in Mexico you'll need to complete a Mexico Tourist Card, you can do this ahead of time to speed the arrival process up if you wish.
  • 📲 Join the WhatsApp Group: During Convention we will use this WhatsApp group to keep in touch about when things are starting, any last minutes changes, and just to share fun notes and memories! Join the group RIGHT HERE.
  • 🎧 Translations: We will have in-house translations for both Mandarin and Hungarian. those needing these services can pick up headsets before General Session at the Registration/ Hospitality desk. For all other languages, you will need to bring a phone and a headset and a QR code will access Wordly translations.
  • 🛵 Mobility: Scooters or carts can be arranged through the concierge for guests with mobility needs. You can do this by emailing prearrivalconcierge@avacancun.com with your requests.

What to Pack 

We want to make sure you have what you need while you're here!

In addition to the list provided here, don't forget that you're headed to a resort! Pack clothes that are appropriate for having some fun in the sun while you're here.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  You'll receive one bottle of ASEA Redox Supplement at check in, anything additional you're wanting you'll need to bring on your own!

Planning Excursions

If you're thinking about booking any excursions while you're there—whether it's snorkeling, visiting centers, or exploring Mayan ruins—here’s where you can do it:  https://www.govisitcancun.com/tours/

They offer tons of options and will pick you up and drop you off at the AVA resort.  It’s a fun way to make the most of your time in paradise.

Diamond+ Events

Our Diamonds + should have received an exclusive invite via email to some events happening at Convention. There is no need to register for these individual events, just make sure you're Registered for Convention! 

These events are invite only to Diamond+ leaders. We hope to see you there!

The agenda for 2025 Global Convention is officially here. Check out some of the fun things planned, then get registered so you can join in on the fun. Don't miss things like:

A Night Full of Stars ⭐️

Join us at the 2025 Global Convention Closing Party and come in style because we're celebrating A Night Full of Stars (YOU!) like they do at the Hollywood Oscars.

Come dressed up as your favorite Hollywood movie icon, or film character and some fun with the ASEA team! SHOW US YOUR STAR POWER!

STEP 1: Book Your Stay

First you'll need to book your room! Use the 2025 ASEA Global Convention Link highlighted here. (Not seeing this option? Bu sure you've selected the correct dates! If you want to add nights to your stay you can do so after!)

STEP 2: Get Your Ticket

Now that you've booked your stay, snag your ticket! It's free as long as you're staying at the AVA with us! You'll need to include your room conformation number at this step. NOTE: Not seeing tickets here? Head to the Virtual Office and log in, then select "Shop" in the menu, you'll see an option for "Event Tickets" there!

STEP 3: Schedule Rides

You're on your own for transportation from the airport to the hotel, if you'd like to schedule a shuttle or private ride this is the preferred method.

🚨 IMPORTANT:

Now that you've got your hotel confirmation number and your Convention ticket, you'll need to send your confirmation number to events@aseaglobal.com

This is so we can match up your ticket to your stay and ensure we've got everything you need to to help you have the absolute best time at Convention!

STEP 2:

Our Convention, Your Vacation

We're celebrating 15 years and you should be, too! This is a Convention, and there will be plenty of trainings and time to learn. But we also want to celebrate and have some fun! Let's celebrate, relax, learn, and grow together at the ASEA Convention that you cannot miss.
Log into your Virtual Office and select "Shop" in the menu, then select "Event Tickets".

Don't worry, if you're not staying at the AVA you can still join in on the fun. Either way, you'll need to purchase a ticket in the Virtual Office, just select the "non-AVA" ticket option if you're not staying with us. 

STEP 3:

Transportation and confirmation

Add DON'T FORGET to send your confirmation number from the hotel to events@aseaglobal.com so we can match your ticket number with your room for you!

How will event transfers work?

We will be hosting transfers from airports to the resort! In order to do that you'll need to add your flight information to the site RIGHT HERE >.

Can I bring a guest?

Qualifiers can bring ONE guest (spouse, family member, friend, or fellow ASEA associate). You can also bring additional family members at your own expense, following AVA Resort’s occupancy rules.

When should I arrive?

Registration opens on 3 September, and Convention activities will take place from 4 – 6 September. It is recommended to check in on 3 September and check out on 7 September. Qualifiers for the Earn Your Way to Global Convention Incentive will have their stay covered for these dates, with any extensions or room modifications being the responsibility of the associate.

What if I DON'T stay at the AVA Resort?

If you don't end up staying at the AVA Resort you'll need to purchase a ticket in the VO and pay the resort fee. 

The cost is $500 US for 3 days (4 – 6 September), covering 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Tickets must be purchased in your back-office account.

What if I bring someone different than originally registered?

You need to make any guest changes before arriving at the hotel. The hotel will verify guest names and ages using passports. If there are discrepancies, additional charges may apply, or you may be required to book another room.

What is the cost for children?

Children under 4 stay free. Children aged 4 – 12 cost $185 US per night, while guests aged 13 and above cost $245 US per night.
