When ASEA One launched, we offered a unique opportunity to become a Club One Founding Member. This means that you earned Club One or Club One+ 5 out of the 6 available cycles from launch of ASEA One through Cycle 6.

To reward that hard work, we've got something special for each Founding Member... And we need some information from you to make sure it fits just right!

We're getting you an exclusive one-of-a-kind jacket to show off your accomplishment, take the survey here to ensure we get you the right size. A few things to note before you get started:

- Take the survey one time! If you have a co-Brand Partner (only allowed in select regions), take the survey one time for each of you. If you're unsure if you have a co-Brand Partner please reach out to support.

- If the language you require is not offered here, please reach out to recognition@aseaglobal.com, or get in contact with ASEA Support and they can help relay your information.

- Your jacket is done in a style similar to a Letterman's Jacket, or a Varsity Jacket.Take this into account when you're taking your measurements!
