Terms and Conditions
- Relevant Terms and Conditions of ASEA Club One Program apply to the ASEA Destination One 2027.
- All Brand Partners in any ASEA open market who are in good standing with compliance are eligible to participate in this incentive.
- NA Region: There are four (4) prize levels based on leaderboard standing. In an event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be determined by 1) Mentor Points; 2) Build Points; and 3) Number of Enrollments.
- NA Region: There are four (4) prize levels based on leaderboard standing. In an event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be determined by 1) Mentor Points; 2) Build Points; and 3) Number of Enrollments.
- Mentor Points earned from activities within the qualification period are counted toward qualification. For example, qualification starts for the NA region at the start of Cycle 9 and concludes at the end of Cycle 14 (6 cycles in total). Mentor Points that are counted toward NA Destination One 2027 are points that are earned from activities during Cycles 9 – 14 and are awarded in Cycles 10 – 15.
- All qualifiers are subject to Sales and Compliance review. Final qualifiers will not be determined until after the Sales and Compliance review is complete.
- The destination for qualifying Brand Partners is automatically set based on the region where their account is registered and cannot be changed.
- Qualifying ASEA Brand Partners and must attend ASEA Destination One experience to claim any portion of their prize package. Co-applicants and/or guests cannot attend if the qualifying ASEA Brand Partner is not attending.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are only valid for the owner of the Brand Partner or account. Co-applicants have no claim on the prize earned by the account owner.
- In the event of an account ownership transfer, ASEA Destination One qualification requirements will restart. All account ownership transfer requests are subject to review by Compliance.
- Qualifying Brand Partners are welcome to bring a spouse, family member, friend, or fellow ASEA Brand Partner as their +1 guest to ASEA Destination One experience. Upline account cannot be the +1 guest.
- A qualifying Brand Partner is only receiving one room and will share the room with his/her guest, and the guest cannot bring or buy in spouse, family member, friend or any additional guests.
- NA Region: ASEA will cover transfers between the airport and resort destinations on designated arrival and departure travel days for all registered Destination ONE qualifiers. Anyone traveling outside of these days will be responsible for his/her own arrangements.
- Registration deadline will be determined by ASEA Global Events based on the qualification conclusion date and trip date:
- NA: 6 March 2027
- All guests must be approved by ASEA before the registration deadline.
- Any changes to registration information, including name changes, must be submitted to the ASEA Events team by the pre-determined date. Any changes submitted to ASEA after this date will not be honored.
- Qualifying Brand Partners who have registered to attend the event but do not show up (without giving a 30-day written notice of cancellation) will be charged for any expenses incurred by their registration. They will not be eligible for the payout of the travel credit.
- Qualifying Brand Partners who have registered to attend the event but decide to cancel will incur cancellation fees which will be 100% of the cost if cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the event. Payment of cancellation fees is due within 60 days of cancellation. Overdue fees may lead to commissions being held.
- All qualifying Brand Partners will be responsible for booking their own travel arrangements. Earned travel credit will be paid to Brand Partners within 30 days of event’s conclusion.
- A passport valid six months beyond the planned date of return is required.
- If needed, Brand Partners are responsible for obtaining their own visas or travel documents, including meeting any specific local health or other requirements in place at the time of the event.
- Travel insurance will not be provided by ASEA. Brand Partners may make their own arrangements should they choose to purchase travel insurance at their own costs.
- ASEA LLC reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of prize winners for printed and online media to market ASEA products, events, promotions, etc.
- This incentive may be modified or canceled at any time at the sole discretion of ASEA LLC.
