How to Qualify

QUALIFICATION PERIOD: 24 January 2026 @12:01 AM – 12 June 2026 @11:59 PM ET (five 4-week cycles)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: An select amount of Brand Partners can earn their spot at the ASEA 2026 Summit when they:

  1. Achieve Club One 4 times during the 5 qualification cycles (these do not need to be consecutive qualifications).
  2. Accumulate 80 Club One Points total, with a minimum of 5 points in each category (Share, Mentor, and Build).
    AND ONE OF THE TWO OPTIONS BELOW:
    3a. Be paid at Bronze or above at least 3 times (these do not need to be consecutive qualifications).  
        --OR--
     3b.  Unlock Entrepreneur Momentum Pool on Director 1200 or higher.

Where are we staying?

We're staying at the Asher Adams Autograph Collection, located at 2 S 400 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.

Recommended Hotel Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-out: September 3 at 11 AM

What do I earn?

When you qualify, you earn a trip for one, even if your ASEA account is under a corporation or shared with a business partner. If you’d like to bring an additional guest, a $1,400 buy‑in is available.

This incentive is intentionally structured as a single‑attendee experience. Keeping it to one person helps us maintain an intimate, high‑impact environment where deeper learning, meaningful conversations, and stronger connections can happen.

It also ensures the qualification remains reachable for more people. By designing the prize around one attendee, we keep the thresholds fair, attainable, and aligned with what the majority of our field can realistically achieve. If the prize were built for two, the qualification requirements would need to be significantly higher — and that would put it out of reach for many who are on the rise.

Our goal is to create an experience that is both exclusive and accessible, and this format allows us to deliver the highest value to the greatest number of qualifiers.

Is my prize a trip for one?

If you qualify you earn a trip for one. Even if you have a corporation or a business partner on your ASEA account. To bring an additional person, you would be subject to the buy in fee of $1400.00.

The prize is designed for ONE because this experience is intentionally crafted to be intimate, focused, and high‑impact. Space is limited, and keeping the group small allows us to create the kind of environment where the right conversations, connections, and breakthroughs can happen.

This format ensures we get the most out of our time together— deeper learning, more meaningful interaction, and a tighter community experiencethan we could achieve with a larger group.

When should I arrive?

Registration and check-in begin on Sunday, 30 August, 2026 at 4 PM MT. The Welcome Reception will take place at 7 PM MT. Please arrive in time to check in and join your fellow business builders at the reception. 

Is this a different hotel than the one for North America Regional Conference?

Yes! The Summit is in a different hotel than the North America Conference.

The hotel for the North America Conference is the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, not the Asher Adams Hotel. 

Can I defer for cash?

No. There will be no cash exchange.

 

What exactly is included?

Travel credits will be provided, all meals, and the hotel are paid for.

Is ASEA Summit 2026 different than an ASCENT Incentive?

Yes. ASEA Summit 2026 is completely different from an ASCENT Incentive. Summit is a global challenge designed to support you in your ASEA business journey, no matter your level or market.

  • Training & Education – Practical skill‑building to strengthen your business foundation.
  • Connections – Meaningful connections with leaders, peers, and global teams.
  • Experiences – Memorable activities that inspire, energize, and celebrate your momentum.
  • Recognition – Moments that honor your achievements and highlight your growth.

ASCENT is a leadership‑level recognition incentive, while Summit is inclusive, developmental, and designed for all markets.

Terms and Conditions

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions of ASEA Club ONE Program apply to the ASEA Summit 2026 Program.
  • All existing active Brand Partners registered in any ASEA open market and in good standing with compliance are eligible to participate in this program.
  • All qualifiers are subject to Sales and Compliance review. Final qualifiers will not be determined until after the Sales and Compliance review is complete.
  • The total number of seats is limited. In an event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be determined by 1) Share Points; 2) Mentor Points; 3) Build Points; 4) Number of Enrollments; 5) Date of Enrollments.
  • Qualifying ASEA Brand Partners must attend ASEA Summit 2026 to claim any portion of their prize package. Co-applicants and/or guests cannot attend if the qualifying ASEA Brand Partner is not attending.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are only valid for the owner of the Brand Partner account. Co-applicants have no claim on the prize earned by the account owner.
  • In the event of an account ownership transfer, ASEA Summit 2026 qualification requirements will restart. All account ownership transfer requests are subject to review by Compliance.
  • Qualifying Brand Partners are welcome to bring ONE (1) guest only to ASEA Summit 2026. This guest can be the co-applicant, a spouse, a family member, a friend, or a fellow ASEA Brand Partner. The buy-in price for this ONE guest is $1,400 US and the guest can participate in all activity tours, training, etc. The buy-in price doesn’t include airfare for the guest.
  • Each qualifying Brand Partner only receives ONE (1) room and will share the room with their ONE guest. The guest cannot bring or buy in their spouse, family member, friend or any additional guests.
  • Registration deadline with the ASEA Events team is 10 July 2026.
  • All guests must be approved by ASEA before the registration deadline of 10 July 2026.
  • Any changes to registration information, including name changes, must be submitted to the ASEA Events team by 1 August 2026. Any changes submitted to ASEA after this date will not be honored.
  • Qualifying Brand Partners who have registered to attend the event but do not show up (without giving a 30-day written notice of cancellation) will be charged for any expenses incurred by their registration. They will not be eligible for the payout of the travel credit.
  • Qualifying Brand Partners who have registered to attend the event but decide to cancel will incur cancellation fees which will be 100% of the cost if cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the event. Payment of cancellation fees is due within 60 days of cancellation. Overdue fees may lead to commissions being held.
  • All qualifying Brand Partners will be responsible for booking their own travel arrangements. Earned travel credit will be paid to brand partners’ SmartWallet/eWallet/Bank Account within 30 days of the event’s conclusion.
  • A passport valid six months beyond the planned date of return is required.
  • If needed, Brand Partners are responsible for obtaining their own visas or travel documents, including meeting any specific local health or other requirements in place at the time of the event.
  • Travel insurance will not be provided by ASEA. Brand Partners may make their own arrangements should they choose to purchase travel insurance at their own costs.
  • ASEA LLC reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of prize winners for printed and online media to market ASEA products, events, promotions, etc.
  • This program may be modified or canceled at any time at the sole discretion of ASEA LLC.
