The Free Welcome Kit Promotion runs from 15 December 2025 until 20 February 2026, and it’s fairly simple. When a Brand Partner (previously referred to as an Associate) enrolls with a minimum of 100 PV, they get their Welcome Kit for free. If a customer upgrades to a Brand Partner, they also get their Welcome Kit for free.
So what’s the catch?

When you enroll a new ASEA Brand Partner, they immediately receive access to their Virtual Office. This is where they can track their earnings, monitor team performance, access business assets and reports, and more. They also receive their own ASEA Site—a personalized shopping link that makes it easy to share ASEA with others and earn income from referrals. Plus, they automatically get personal, unique referral codes that offer a 10% discount to new customers they introduce to ASEA (without discounting the PV they earn!).
In addition, every Brand Partner receives helpful, localized welcome collateral—sometimes digital, sometimes printed—designed for their specific country or region. These resources help them start their ASEA journey with the right tools and stay on track as they grow.

Promotion Details
- During the promotional period when Brand Partner (Associate) enroll with a minimum 100PV product order, their enrollment fee will be waived.
- During the promotional period when customers “upgrade” their accounts to Brand Partner (associate) accounts (using the “Become an Brand Partner (Associate)” upgrade function in their VO or contacting ASEA Support team), their enrollment fee will be waived. No minimum PV requirement.
Terms and Conditions
- Any person not currently enrolled as an ASEA associate (brand partner) is eligible to participate in this Free Enrollment promotion. This includes former ASEA associates (brand partners) whose accounts have been closed for more than six months and in accordance with ASEA Policies and Procedures document.
- All new enrollments and enrollment orders and Thailand’s enrollments and enrollment orders via NFR will be verified for eligibility.
- 10% referral code can be stacked with this promotion.
- If an associate returns a product, the return is processed according to the company’s return policy, which may include adjustments to bonuses, qualifications, commission withholdings, or enrollment benefits.
- The sale of ASEA products in online shops and marketplaces is strictly prohibited. Any ASEA associate (brand partner) found to be engaging in unauthorized online sales is subject to disciplinary sanctions up to and including termination.
- ASEA LLC may disqualify any entrant from participating in the promotion.
- ASEA LLC retains the right to modify the terms & conditions of the promotion at any time.
- In the case of any disputes, ASEA LLC reserves the right of final decision.
