- Lifetime Diamond or above at launch of this program reach the rank of Diamond or above at least 4 times.

- Lifetime Platinum and below at launch of this program reach the rank of Diamond or above at least 2 times.
Club One Personal Qualification
- Qualify for Club One 4 out of 7 cycles during the qualification period.
Club One Team Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 60 Club One qualifiers (these are not unique—one person who qualifies multiple times get you multiple Club One Team Qualifications!) within Diamond Organization.

What travel documentation will I need?

UNITED STATES CITIZENS:
All United States citizens must have a Government Issued Passport, valid for at least six months beyond the return date of your trip. Your passport must have at least one blank page per stamp. NON-UNITED STATES CITIZENS:
If you are NOT a United States citizen (are traveling on a non-United States passport), please verify your specific documentation requirements with your country's consulate before departing.

ALL GUESTS:
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to verify and obtain all necessary documentation requirements when traveling to another country. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your expected return and may require blank passport pages for entry and exit stamps. Some citizens may be required to obtain a Visa to enter certain countries.

It is also the sole responsibility of the attendee to verify, obtain, and be aware of all necessary documentation requirements for any required Covid-19 testing, proof of vaccination or negative test, etc. when traveling.

We also recommend packing a photocopy of the picture and signature pages of your passport. If your passport should get lost, the photocopies will make it much easier to get an emergency replacement.

What airport in Nadi(NAN) should I plan to arrive at and depart from?

Please plan on arriving to the Nadi airport on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and departing on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

When should I leave for the airport?

The recommended airport check-in time for international flights is three hours before departure.

Please check with your airline for schedule changes or flight delays and confirm the recommended check-in time before leaving for the airport. Please remember to allow extra time if you are unfamiliar with the airport, are leaving during heavy traffic times, or have excess baggage.

What is the Cancellation Policy for this event?

If an brand partner or guest cancels, they are responsible for reimbursing ASEA for the incurred cancellation fees as shown in the fee schedule below.

Cancellation Fees:
100% from September 1, 2026 on of any cost we cannot get back.

Payment of cancellation fees is due within 60 days of cancellation. Failure to reimburse the company will result in commissions being held until cancellation money is collected.

Should I purchase Travel Insurance?

Yes, because unforeseen circumstances may arise, we strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance through https://www.internationalinsurance.com/travel-insurance/ As you plan your trip, take advantage of the opportunity to purchase both travel insurance and medical insurance.

How much luggage can I take?

Most airlines permit each passenger to take one carry-on bag and one additional personal carry-on item, such as a purse or briefcase/laptop case. All carry-on items must fit under the seat in front of you or the overhead compartment. Carry-on baggage size requirements differ between airlines so please check with your airline before traveling to make sure your carry-on bags fit your airline's specified dimensions. Most airlines will allow you to check bags as well. Please check with your airline to confirm the current luggage limitations and any applicable fees for carry-on and checked baggage. Please note that many airlines charge significant fees for overweight or oversized luggage.

Be sure that all baggage and personal belongings are properly insured. Items such as medications, jewelry, or other valuables, breakable or perishable items, and important documents should be hand-carried. Responsibility will not be assumed by the airline for the loss of or damage to these items.

How do customs procedures work at Nadi Airport?

Like all countries, the Nadi Airport has rules about what you can and can't bring with you. Everyone who arrives must pass through Fiji Customs.

What is the weather like in Fiji?

The weather in Fiji is warm and fantastic. Average high temperatures are around 29°C (84°F) and lows around 20°C (68°F).

What should I pack?

We recommend packing ligtweight and breathable clothing.

Dress Clothing: Your daily clothing is sufficient for casual restaurants, but you'll need dress clothing for more formal restaurants. Slacks and dress shirts are acceptable for men, while slacks, skirts, blouses, and dresses are suitable for women.

General Items:
The list of general items you pack should range from those that are essential to those that will help you enjoy your visit. Pack your toothbrush, toothpaste, hair products, makeup, and other accessories, and if you get ill easily when traveling, take some medication that will help with an upset stomach and other common travelers' ailments. To help record the memories of your trip, pack a camera and some spare batteries. Remember to pack your passport and information about your visit.

What if I have a special health concern?

If you have any health concerns that may require special attention, please contact us before departure. Passengers requiring prescription medications are advised to keep them in their carry-on luggage. While we don't require information about the extent of your health concern or disability, the more information you can share with us about your specific needs, the better we can assist you.

Can I extend my stay at the resort?

Extensions may be available at the resort for up to 3 nights before October 21, 2026 and up to 3 nights after October 24, 2026.

When lifetime Diamonds or above get paid at Ambassador Diamond or above at least 4 times or when lifetime Platinum and below brand partners get paid at Ambassador Diamond or above at least 2 times during the qualification period, the Club One Personal Qualification requirement is waived.

A Diamond organization includes everyone in a Diamond’s sponsorship tree all the way down to the next lifetime Diamond.

Qualified brand partners must attend ASEA Diamond Experience to claim any rewards and/or reimbursement.

Ranking is based on the number of Club One Qualifications in a diamond’s team (#3 criteria above). In an event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be determined by

The number of weeks that a Diamond hits Diamond or above ranks, and

Total personal Club One points (from all cycles regardless of whether it is a successfully qualified cycle or not).

Prizes are non-transferable in any way, including to other people, or future events, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

There is no Diamond buy-in option for 2026 Diamond Experience.

Ocean front rooms are only available in a king bed. A 1^st prize qualifier will be placed in a non-Ocean front room if a king bed Ocean front room doesn’t work.

Qualifying brand partners are welcome to bring a spouse, family member, friend, or fellow ASEA brand partners as their +1 guest to ASEA 2026 Diamond Experience.

Qualifying brand partners are welcome to bring immediate family members beyond their +1 guest at their own cost. The cost will cover all organized activities and meals. Additional rooms will be subject to availability.

ASEA will arrange transfers between airport and hotel on arrival day and departure day.

Registration deadline is 21 August 2026. Any changes to registration information, including name changes and adding new guests, must be submitted to the ASEA Events team by 21 August 2026.

Any travel credits will be paid out within 30 days of event completion. Travel credits are calculated based on average airfare at the start of the qualification period and determined based on the primary address of the account at the end of the qualification period.

Qualifying brand partners who have registered to attend ASEA 2026 Diamond Experience but do not show up will be charged for any expenses incurred by their registration (refer to the cancellation schedule below).

Qualifying brand partners who have registered to attend ASEA 2026 Diamond Experience and decide to cancel will incur cancellation fees as shown in the fee schedule below:

31 – 90 days prior: 80% of total trip cost per person

0 – 30 days prior: 100% of total trip cost per person

Payment of cancellation fees is due within 60 days of cancelation. Overdue fees may lead to commissions being held.

A passport valid six months beyond the planned date of return is required.

If needed, brand partners are responsible for obtaining their own visas or travel documents, including meeting any specific local health or other requirements in place at the time of the event.

Travel insurance is not required or included with Diamond Experience qualification. Brand partners may make their own arrangements, should they choose.

ASEA LLC reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of prize winners for printed and online media to market ASEA products and promotions.

ASEA LLC, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive.
